Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Teethers and hygiene-sensitive items

For the health and safety of every family, teethers and other items intended for a child’s mouth cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of a return package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
